Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms, although facing the train track, were exceptionally comfortable and provided a home-like ambiance, perfect for quality time with my partner. The view of the Matterhorn from the room was simply stunning. The only minor drawback was the noticeable sound of passing trains, but it didn't disrupt the peaceful atmosphere significantly.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit small, were lovely and offered a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The friendly service and superb location made my experience truly enjoyable, although navigating the layout could be confusing at times. The dining exceeded expectations, offering a variety of dishes and a standout shabu-shabu option. Overall, a great value for the experience.
I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms offered an excellent view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, complete with a tea/coffee machine, spacious bathroom, and a huge balcony with a seating area where I could enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The traditional interior added to the charm, and the king size bed ensured a comfortable night's sleep. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no ability to heat or dry boots.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, offering a view of the magnificent Matterhorn from the balcony, but the noise from the nearby train and the lack of natural light were a downside. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me with all my needs. The location was superb, with a fabulous terrace to enjoy drinks and the breathtaking Zermatt view, although a lack of some toiletries and hair dryers was noticeable. The dining experience was amazing, offering a wide variety of choices, but a bit more daily variety would have been appreciated. The facilities were excellent, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with thoughtful amenities like a minibar but unfortunately missing a bottle opener. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the special Easter treats left in our room. The location was perfect, close to the ski resort and the Zermatt train station. Dining was a delight with high-quality food and delicious pastries. The facilities were great, making my trip even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very cozy and had an in-room coffee machine with an excellent view of the village and Matterhorn. The huge swimming pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was top-notch. But what truly stood out was the people - extremely clean and cozy atmosphere, making me feel right at home.
